Pagosa Paddle 2025 @ San Juan River Town Park to Yamaguchi Park
On May 9th and 10th the San Juan River will have a surge of boaters competing for cash and prizes during the annual Pagosa Paddle whitewater races. Not up for paddling? Come out to cheer on these athletes as they go through the downtown water features that make up the whitewater park on the San Juan River through downtown Pagosa Springs. Spectators can watch the action from above at the Overlook viewing point, alongside the almost famous river walk or from the healing waters at The Springs Resort. More info coming soon!

2025 Supermom 5K, Mile Walk, and Kids Fun Run @ Yamaguchi Park
Celebrate the Super Mom in your life - join us for our Supermom 5K! There will also be a Mile Walk and a Kids Fun Run in addition to snacks and coffee, a bounce house for the kiddos, an all-around fun morning celebrating moms! Saturday May 10th, registration begins at 8AM, Kids Fun Run at 8:30AM, 5K starts at 9:00AM, with the Mile Walk immediately following.

Lickety-Split and Friends IMPROV @ Pagosa Center for the Arts
Lickety-Split Improv is a comedy and improvisation group founded by veteran performers Karisa Bruin and Scott Morehead, who both came up through the Chicago comedy scene and have spent the last 20+ years performing in improv and sketch theaters large and small in Chicago, New York, LA and beyond. Doors open at 6:30pm, show at 7pm. $11 tickets.

8th Annual Big Picture Classic Disc Golf Tournament @ Cloman Park
The Big Picture Classic is back for another amazing weekend full of competition and fellowship May 17-18th. As always Dreher Robertson will be hustling sponsorships to provide the pros with guaranteed $2,000 in added cash with hopes of being much more for payout. We are working on an awesome players pack for the Ams thanks to our sponsors. Ams will also receive merchandise payout through the Grit Discs Mobile Store. This event will be 2 rounds with tee times each day.
