Healing Waters Resort & Spa

Our family has been welcoming guests to the Healing Waters since 1950.

Take a dip in our hot springs pools, filled with 100% natural mineral water – nothing added! It is our belief that by maintaining the tradition of filling our pools with undiluted mineral water, visitors are able to experience 100% of the healing qualities associated with those minerals. Our pools are open to the public and accessible year-round.

The Springs Resort

At the heart of Pagosa Springs you will discover The Springs Resort. Home to the most geothermal hot spring pools in Colorado, our twenty-four pools vary in temperature and receive their rich mineral waters from the world’s deepest geothermal hot spring.

Just steps from our geothermal pools you'll find Classic, Deluxe, and Luxury accommodations. All rooms include 24-hour access to the soaking pools, complimentary robes and towels, and access to the adult-only Relaxation Terrace! Soak the first day of your stay before check-in, through 6 PM the day you check-out.
